Summary

Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support their GTM teams and leaders in sales hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, engaging with passive and active talent internationally, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and owning high-volume recruiting across primarily sales roles globally. They should have experience as a senior recruiter, working directly with senior leaders focusing on sales hiring in the SaaS/Tech space, and be comfortable in a remote-first company. Requirements

• Proven experience working as a senior recruiter
• Experience working directly with senior leaders focusing on sales hiring in SaaS/Tech space
• Own high-volume recruiting across a variety of roles primarily in sales globally
• Sourcing is a big part of your role
• Willingness to support the talent acquisition team on any hiring necessary including other GTM and R&D roles
• Work in a remote-first company
• Comfortable in a high-paced environment
• Familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
