Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordinator or equivalent experience at a tech company
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
- Self-starter with an insatiable curiosity
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to schedule candidate interview travel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers; arrange travel for visiting candidates, if necessary
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Coordinate pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
- Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Update candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and manage metrics from Greenhouse or Gem
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates
- Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed
- Review resumes for recruiters and decipher which candidates are qualified for highly technical positions
