Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Computer Vision, or Audio ML
• Experience working in deep learning teams and production environments
• Strong Python skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration (Kubeflow and Spark)
• Interest in large-scale, non-tabular data (video, audio, images)

Responsibilities

• Source, process, and store data for researchers
• Provide data bundles for training models at scale
• Work with over a million hours of video and audio data
• Scale open-source models
• Build systems for efficient data querying in the data lake
• Optimize deep learning pipelines in production
• Improve handling of edge case videos (large resolutions, long durations)
• Effectively identify useful elements of videos

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the audio domain (TTS, emphasis prediction, or transcription)
• Experience in the video domain (transcoding or downscaling)
• Model optimization experience (GPU utilization, CPU/GPU concurrent workloads)
