Senior Risk Manager

Summary

Join Assystem, a leading provider of project management and engineering services, as a Senior Risk Manager. You will play a crucial role in delivering risk management services for a large rail client. Responsibilities include conducting periodic workshops, reviewing RAID logs, updating risk registers, creating summary slides, developing mitigation plans, performing QCRA and QSRA analysis, tracking savings from mitigation, and upskilling project teams. The role requires multiple years of experience in risk management, ideally within the rail industry. Remote work is offered with weekly visits to Milton Keynes as needed.

Requirements

• Possess multiple years experience of delivering Risk specific roles
• Have Rail experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver periodic workshops for LOC/PCA level 1 & 2 projects, allowing Project Managers to provide an update on key risks / opportunities
• Conduct quarterly reviews of RAID logs for LOC/PCA level 3 & 4 projects
• Provide an updated Risk Register each Period in ARM
• Create summary slides for the PBR on key risk / opportunities identifying mitigation actions
• Develop Mitigation Plans for key projects using BowTie analysis to identify critical threats, events, mitigations, and consequences
• Perform Quarterly QCRA and QSRA analysis
• Maintain a tracker identifying estimated savings achieved through mitigation
• Upskill project teams in Risk Management techniques and processes
