Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology organization
- 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Creative problem solver who can identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, understanding their challenges and designing tailored solutions using Marqoβs technology
- Collaborate with the other GTM teams including sales and marketing to identify customer needs and define technical requirements
- Discover and develop new use cases for clients that will add value, POCs, and foster greater adoption of our platform, and ultimately, grow accounts
- Actively engage with existing customers for introductions to other groups within their organizations, and effectively pitch the capabilities of Copy.ai for those other groups
- Utilize your technical expertise and creativity to develop customized solutions to help customers overcome challenges and maximize the use of our platform
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and seeking feedback for further improvement
- Collaborate with the product team to gather insights from customers, building a feedback loop to inform the development of new features and improvements
