Requirements

• 5+ years in a pre/post sales role as a sales engineer, solutions engineer, or solutions architect type of role
• Comfortable delivering highly technical content to executives and engineers
• Solid understanding of how data labeling works and can effectively communicate those concepts to an audience
• Comfortable with GenAI concepts
• Previous experience in a Sales Engineering role for a highly technical SaaS product
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• An innate ability to engage audiences and predict their needs as well as the skills to handle any possible objections
• A creative side to help improve upon our documentation and marketing materials
• A willingness to travel to meet with GTM team members as well as potential customers
• Track record of proactively building process and systems that solve recurring problems

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling and value-oriented demos as well as Proof of Concepts to potential customers
• Work closely with Account Executives, Account Development, and other stakeholders to successfully close deals

Benefits

• Competitive base cash compensation for this role is targeted between $145,000 to $185,000 USD. This role also qualifies for variable compensation in the form of commissions
• If an employee is meeting sales objectives as outlined in our commission plan we anticipate the on-target earnings for this role to be between $180,000 to $215,000
