Summary

Join Huntress, a fully remote, global cybersecurity company, as a Sales Engineer. You will partner with customers to enhance their security posture, identify potential problems, and present Huntress as a solution. This role requires collaboration with various teams and involves approximately 25% travel. The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of sales engineering experience in cybersecurity, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MSPs/VARs. Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in a sales engineering or similar role
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
  • Experience working with or within MSPs and/or VARs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
  • Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs
  • Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to travel ~25% of the time to meet with customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
  • Experience working with Microsoft security products (Defender, Intune, Sentinel, Entra ID, etc.)
  • Experience building and implementing Security Programs
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with MSP tools such as RMMs and PSAs
  • Familiarity with working with SIEM tools like Elastic, Splunk, etc
