Summary

Join Movemedical, a leading advanced inventory management platform for the medical device industry, as a strategic, technical Senior Sales Engineer. Drive enterprise SaaS sales using technical expertise, ERP integration, and solution design. This role blends technical skills with consultative sales, helping customers understand how Movemedical's platform solves operational challenges. You will lead technical demonstrations, map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define integration strategies. Partner with the sales team, establish rapport with prospects, and manage the demo environment. Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to product enhancements and deployment strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a technical pre-sales role within enterprise SaaS
  • Extensive ERP + SaaS integration experience, including hands-on expertise with system architecture, data flows, and API integrations
  • Deep understanding of medical device logistics, supply chain management, or last-mile inventory solutions
  • Technical expertise in process mapping, system integrations, and configuring software solutions for enterprise clients
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience leading demos, workshops, and technical discussions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical demonstrations and presentations showcasing how Movemedical’s platform addresses customer needs, optimizes workflows, and integrates with ERP systems
  • Process mapping & ERP integration: Work closely with customers to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define integration strategies (ERP, Master Data, Supply Chain Systems)
  • Partner with the Sales team to understand customer pain points, answer technical questions, and support sales efforts with tailored solutions
  • Establish strong rapport and credibility with prospects by deeply understanding their challenges and demonstrating how Movemedical can solve them
  • Manage, configure, and adapt the Movemedical demo environment to align with customer-specific use cases, ensuring engaging and effective presentations
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and provide feedback for product enhancements
  • Assist in crafting high-level rollout and deployment strategies to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
