Senior Sales Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Minimum of 6 years in technical pre-sales roles
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to sell based on customer needs
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in general programming and requirements analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during pre-sales by answering questions, conducting demos, and addressing RFPs and security assessments
• Identify customer needs and propose relevant products or services to align with their goals
• Gain customer trust by demonstrating how our solutions improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and save time
• Establish strong customer relationships to understand current and future requirements
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by attending workshops, networking, and staying abreast of industry developments
• Act as a liaison between sales, product, engineering, EMR, compliance, and legal teams to ensure seamless communication and deal progression
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Background knowledge of genetic testing, NGS, and bioinformatic analysis
