Requirements

- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of managed WordPress hosting to potential clients (both technical and non-technical)
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of WordPress and the technical aspects of managed hosting to confidently address customer questions and concerns
- Customer-focused: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Results-driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with a proactive approach to driving sales growth
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, penetrate new markets, and expand the customer base
- Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions for clients and the company
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and customer support teams

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, outreach efforts, and existing relationships
- Client Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of managed WordPress hosting solutions to prospective clients
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to consistent follow-ups to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and efficient process/experience for our prospective clients
- Customer Education: Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of managed WordPress hosting, addressing any technical or business-related queries
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes that meet the specific requirements of potential clients
- Contract Negotiation: Work with leadership to negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements
- Customer Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the managed WordPress hosting service
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
