Summary

Join Mojo Mortgages as a Senior Salesforce Developer and play a critical role in our Agile team, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering to build innovative Salesforce solutions. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to improve processes and user experience. This role requires proven Salesforce expertise, advanced technical skills in LWCs, Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript, and experience with Agile methodologies. You will work on complex integration projects and support junior team members. Requirements

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II is a plus)
  • Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), including lifecycle hooks, LDS, and complex form handling
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of external integrations (e.g., connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment, using tools like JIRA
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of designing and delivering impactful, scalable solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Interest in exploring AI and automation technologies to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design scalable, automated solutions within our Salesforce environment
  • Develop and maintain both declarative and programmatic solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex
  • Work on complex integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services
  • Support junior team members, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
  • Partner closely with Designers and Product Managers to translate user insights and business requirements into impactful technical solutions
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimise system performance and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing Cloud experience
  • Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with AI models within Salesforce or other platforms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Gearset, Copado, or similar)
