Senior Salesforce Developer

Summary

The job is for a Senior Salesforce Developer at a client of Óscala. The role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations, collaborating with other teams to identify business needs, and staying updated on Salesforce technologies and best practices. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of software development experience, with the past 2 years as a Salesforce developer, advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc., and English B2/C1 proficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, with the past 2 years as a Salesforce developer
• Experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience in designing and developing solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Administration, and configuration (Salesforce Lightning, building custom Salesforce reports, writing unit tests, Apex classes, etc)
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc
• Experience working on an Agile development team is a definite plus
• English B2/C1 (Upper-intermediate/Advanced) REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing and maintaining Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations
• Participating in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
• Collaborating inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Creating testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation
• Remaining current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
