Requirements

  • Salesforce Certification(s) (Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, etc.) required
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on configuration, business analysis, and solution design
  • Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Expertise in Salesforce declarative development and configuration tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and integration capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, over communicator
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently without supervision with extreme ownership of the tasks

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and gather comprehensive requirements
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to analyze client processes and pain points
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and functional specifications
  • Work alongside a Solution Architect for larger enterprise level engagements
  • Configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process automation, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Configure Flows, and Salesforce declarative tools to support complex business processes
  • Own configuration log and follow DevOps process for deployments
  • Provide architectural support to design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives
  • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce best practices and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effect of new requirements on existing systems
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and providing proactive communication
  • Guide clients through the Salesforce implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption
  • Provide training, support, and best practices to maximize client ROI on Salesforce solutions
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
  • Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations to ensure they meet requirements and function as expected
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or concerns raised

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
  • Additional certifications such as Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
