Requirements
- Demonstrable consistently strong sales delivery

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical background with proficiency in HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace and others
- An ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through outreach and discovery
- Conduct practical product demonstrations and pitch the value of Vestdโs platform
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation and conversion strategies
- Provide feedback on customer insights to enhance product offerings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vestdโs products and competitive landscape
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM tool (HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup/scaleup experience
- Knowledge of shares and share schemes
- Experience working in a remote team
