Requirements
- Have a background in B2B client service and extensive experience in a consultative sales role where you exceeded business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis
- Have a proven track record in heavy business development initiatives and generating new logos
- Be comfortable working in a senior role as an individual contributor
- Understand the sales process from prospecting to close, and be experienced in managing multiple complex deals across multiple clients and stages
- Be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and pattern recognition, manage your time well, and possess expert judgment and decision-making skills
- Be a high-impact communicator and know how to present to executive-level stakeholders. Be proficient in PowerPoint and the rest of Microsoft Office Suite
- Be proficient with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM system) and understand the importance of leveraging data to make smart decisions about where to spend your time
- Demonstrate a relentless service orientation, effortlessly form trusted-advisor relationships, be catalytic in your desire to improve the status quo, and operate effectively within a highly collaborative team environment
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Originate opportunity and close deals: Bring in new business (new logo generation), sell to existing clients, and acquire new clients
- Get to know your clients: Build durable relationships, inspire trust, and propose innovative solutions to their problems
- Consult with C-level executives: Work daily with C-level executives from large in-house legal teams, planning for their future
- Collaborate: Partner daily with the broader commercial team to close and support strategic opportunities
- Lead: Offer thought leadership to clients and mentor junior team members
