Senior Scrum Master

Summary

The job is for a Scrum Master with at least 2 years of experience in SAFe setup, working in Gdynia (hybrid). Key responsibilities include leading the Scrum team, organizing Sprints ceremonies, assisting Product Owners, and using collaboration tools. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, knowledge about iterative and incremental development, Agile mindset, fundamentals of software development processes, and SAFe knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with distributed global teams
• At least 2 years of experience in Scrum Master in SAFe setup
• Good understanding the Agile mindset and values
• Fluency in spoken and written English language
• The knowledge about iterative and incremental development
• The knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• SAFe knowledge

Responsibilities

• Leading Scrum team in SAFe setup
• Organize and drive Sprints ceremonies
• Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
• Work to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals
• Support Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence
