Summary

The job is for a Senior Scrum Master at Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions AB in Lund, Sweden. The role involves leading team ceremonies, removing obstacles, preparing Product Increment events, collaborating with other scrum masters, and working remotely two days a week.

Requirements

• Education as Software or Science engineer
• Scrum Master experience in a Software context
• Knowledge of continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Lead team's ceremonies (Retro, Review, Planning and Daily) and increase the quality of the output pushing to get more and more automatic test procedures
• Be the main point of contact with line managers and stakeholders highlighting dependencies as soon as possible, removing obstacles and keeping the team moving
• Support the program preparing the Product Increment (PI) event every quarter and contributing to the entire program success
• Collaborate with other scrum masters to drive continuous program improvement in terms of productivity and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Developer experience in a software environment
• Experience with Automatic test
• Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Experience in writing end-to-end tests
