Summary
The job is for a Senior Scrum Master at Raft, a customer-obsessed small business. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, tracking team capacity and velocity, collaborating through ART Syncs and Scrum of Scrums, and creating Jira tickets. The position requires ten plus years of relevant experience, experience in JIRA, Confluence, & Slack or Mattermost, and knowledge in Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, and cross-functional team. The ideal candidate should possess or have the ability to obtain SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Preferred qualifications include relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience, experience with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program office, Advisory and Assistance Service (A&AS), or System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to Government program office, and experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs. The candidate must have an Active Secret security clearance. The work type is Hybrid - Colorado Springs, CO, and may require up to 10% travel. The salary range is $105,000 - $140,000.
