Senior Scrum Master

Summary

Join Hudl's Hardware team as a Senior Scrum Master and help position our teams as industry leaders. You will assist teams using Agile frameworks, drive outcome-focused decisions, create and prioritize efficiency, and mentor other Scrum Masters. The ideal candidate is an experienced coach with expertise in Agile frameworks, a strong communicator, and a champion of continuous delivery and quality. • An experienced coach. You’re a proven product development leader with expertise in Agile frameworks, guiding teams and organizations to maximize performance

Responsibilities

• Assist your teams . You’ll utilize your knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks to coach and empower your teams, while being flexible with changing needs
• Drive outcome-focused decisions. You'll coach your teams with empathy and expertise, guiding them toward outcome-driven decisions that help us achieve company goals
• Create and prioritize efficiency. You’ll navigate dependencies, anticipate and mitigate technical collisions, remove impediments, and adjust plans as needed to support seamless delivery
• Mentor. You’ll help develop other Scrum Masters, leading and contributing to initiatives that further our practice across the company
• Be part of a team . You’ll be supported by other Scrum Masters, with a work environment centered on transparency, empathy, trust and encouragement. We want to be the best we can be—and have fun while we do it

Preferred Qualifications

• Diverse toolbelt. You understand the benefits of multiple product development frameworks—such as Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc.—as well as their unique value and how they can complement each other to drive effective outcomes
• Experience working with a global team. Our product team is spread across the U.S. and Europe, and remote collaboration skills will be part of the job
