• 5+ years of experience in software, shipped mobile apps to App Store / Google Play
• Very experienced in iOS, Swift, and SwiftUI
• Not afraid of Android or hybrid platforms
• Deep empathy for customers
• Know how to ship high quality code using good testing practices in iterative cycles
• Collaborate well with others and can communicate effectively in a fully-remote culture
• Proactive, jump on issues to fix or suggest improvements
• Move fast, test, and iterate quickly
• Ask questions when stuck on something
