Senior SD-WAN Engineer

Summary

Talentus is seeking a Senior SD-WAN Engineer to join their dynamic team. The role requires deep understanding of IP communication and routing, security protocols, and experience with SD-WAN technologies. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and is highly motivated.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing SD-WAN networks following industry best practices
• Strong knowledge of IP communication and routing (OSPF, BGP) is required
• Experience consulting with customers and providing technical support

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain SDWAN networks according to industry best practice
• Collaborate with customers to understand their networking requirements and work with Architects and Sr. Network Engineers to provide effective solutions
• Configure and manage Cisco SDWAN routers via vManage based on company standards
• Conduct research on networking issues and products as required
• Provide excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support

Preferred Qualifications

• Working technical knowledge of network and security protocols (IPSEC VPN, AAA, Dot1x, TrustSec, NAT, QoS) is a plus
• Knowledge of Palo Alto security products (Next Generation Firewalls, Panorama, Prisma) is recommended
• Certifications in industry-leading network products: Cisco (CCNP) are a plus
