Join our international team as a Senior SEO Manager/Technical SEO Lead and make a meaningful difference in people's lives! You will develop and implement SEO strategies, collaborate with various teams, conduct keyword research, and provide SEO training. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO
- Deep knowledge and solid experience in technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl budget optimization, indexation management, and advanced on-page optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make decisions, proficiency in keyword research tools & SEO analytics platforms
- Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
- Fluency in English is a must
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, content creators and to optimize website structure, user experience, and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content
- Next to the (technical) on page optimization focus, also develop and implement strategies to increase trust and authority
- Provide SEO guidance and training to the entire organization as SEO is a company task, not the task of a single person
- Stay up-to-date about emerging technologies and trends related to SEO
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably you have successfully managed SEO for large-scale websites with complex architectures
- Proficiency in other languages is desirable
