Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in content-driven websites, media, or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
  • Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Keyword Tool, Ahrefs, etc
  • Familiarity with link-building strategies and ethical outreach techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

  • Champion a user-first approach by ensuring an exceptional online experience that aligns with SEO best practices
  • Define and deliver SEO goals in alignment with broader business objectives, continuously evaluating performance and identifying new opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze key SEO performance metrics, and prepare monthly SEO performance reports with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
  • Maintain and improve SEO guidelines, processes, and best practices to ensure scalable, high-impact execution across all initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and SEO training to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of SEO ownership
  • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site speed, indexing, crawlability, and structured data in collaboration with developers
  • Define on-page SEO optimizations and conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover new opportunities, collaborating with a team of 20+ writers and editors to create high-quality, search-optimized content
  • Lead link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority through ethical and effective outreach strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies to ensure continued organic growth
  • Perform other duties as required by the Digital Marketing Manager that are directly related to the responsibilities of the position
