Summary
Join our team as a Senior Social Media Executive and contribute to the creation of high-quality social media content for our clients. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, delivering content assets, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time. This role requires strong project management skills, a creative mindset, and excellent client communication. The position offers a hybrid work model with remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package. We are a client-facing team responsible for the running of projects, with a key role in ensuring we produce successful and exciting content across platforms. Our team works with a large section of the agency and has a key role in the content we produce for our clients, making this an exciting position to learn and make an impact.
Requirements
- Knowledge of social best practice across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest
- Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to take ownership over projects and deadlines
- Understanding of what makes great social content, and awareness of trends and developments in the social space
- A creative mindset and confidence expressing ideas
- A collaborative attitude, ability to build relationships, and experience working with creative teams
- Professional client etiquette across email, calls and face-to-face
- Ability to develop strong client-facing plans and reports
- Previous experience in a social media or content-related marketing role
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met and social output is high quality
- Delivery of social content assets e.g. monthly content calendars, content projects, in collaboration with creative and specialist teams, managing multiple components with great attention to detail
- Project management and collaboration – working with a wide variety of team members to ensure work is delivered on time and resource is planned to deliver requirements
- Ideation and brainstorming
- Brief-writing – translating client needs into actionable briefs
- Reporting on content performance – gathering learnings and benchmarking metrics to present to clients and the rest of the team, and setting clear actions to implement
- Managing light touch/lo-fi content capture (e.g. TikTok creation)
- Community management – including reactive and proactive responses, sentiment tracking, etc
- Content scheduling – using tools like Sprout Social and natively
- Supporting Social Partner team with campaign planning, proposals, and social audits and analysis when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional social platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Twitch, etc
- Previous experience in an agency environment, or if not experience of managing multiple stakeholders and being adaptable to changing priorities
- Experience working with social media management tools
- Awareness of paid social media
- Experience of working with influencers
- Awareness or involvement in creation of lo-fi Reels/TikToks
