Requirements

• General 360 Digital Marketing knowledge and experience in consulting global clients on a highly professional level
• Experienced in generating visually stunning content and shooting reels and TikToks videos with your smartphone
• Showcase a track record of excellence in copywriting and content creation for social media platforms
• Possess knowledge of social media marketing principles and best practices, constantly evolving with the digital landscape
• Experience working within the creative or advertising industry, with a portfolio showcasing past work in social media campaigns
• You can tackle multiple projects and tasks at once, skilled in managing clients and do so with ease
• Prior experience in overseeing brand social channels, executing creative content strategies, conceptualizing creative ideas, executing content production, and managing clients and projects
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing
• You have min. 3-4 years experience in working in a creative agency
• You have excellent English and German language skills

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute innovative ideas seamlessly from inception to polished assets
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, strategically optimizing content for reach and engagement
