Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in social media management and content creation, with a track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement
• 3+ years leadership/management experience is required for this role

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategies to grow our social media presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness
• Creating high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content
• Planning, shooting, directing, and editing videos for social media, ensuring high production quality and alignment with our brand values
• Bringing bold and innovative ideas to life, producing content that captures attention and drives engagement
• Staying up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging trends, ensuring our social media strategy remains cutting-edge
• Lead the Video and Social team by managing projects, providing mentorship and feedback, and supporting career growth through setting objectives and conducting performance reviews
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, performance marketers, and other content creators, to produce cohesive and impactful campaigns
• Continuously assessing and reporting on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results
• Engaging with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and active social media presence
