You will collaborate on the technical vision, lead complex projects, and continuously improve engineering processes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, a proven track record of shipping high-quality products, and the ability to translate business ideas into engineering solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate on our technical vision
• Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects
• Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team
• Recruit, interview and develop your own interview questions, while fostering the culture of excellence, velocity and humility
• Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Frontend: React, Typescript
• Experience with Backend: Python, Django
• Experience with Databases: MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Clickhouse
• Experience with Infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
