Senior Software Developer

Join ReviewStudio, a leading review and approval software provider, as a Senior Software Developer (Ruby on Rails) and contribute to the design and development of our product. Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a full stack developer with a solid understanding of general security, development workflows, best practices and standards
• Good knowledge and experience working with Ruby on Rails and MySQL
• Good knowledge of responsive web development - React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• DevOps experience with AWS is an asset
• Communicate proficiently in English. Fluency in French or other languages would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Discussing and analyzing specification documents to refine requirements and propose solutions
• Writing efficient and reliable code
• Supporting critical or escalated customer issues
• Helping to instill scalable development processes
• Unit testing code and performing code reviews
• Assisting with QA testing and troubleshooting
