Summary

darwinLabs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience, including 2 years as a test/QA engineer, to join their team specializing in OutSystems development. The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing testing strategies, designing and implementing test plans and automation, and communicating software quality issues to stakeholders. They must have excellent communication skills and experience with various tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, JIRA, Sonar, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, and AWS.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an engineer
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a test/QA engineer

Responsibilities

• Following appropriate testing strategy for software projects and products
• Working with engineering teams to help them build end to end acceptance testing and unit testing for applications
• Implementing appropriate test automation framework architecture in a given technology stack and business domain
• Designing and implementing test scenarios and plans
• Communicating proactively with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure software quality issues are addressed in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience with test automation tools and techniques including building Web, Mobile and API test automation from scratch
