Requirements

• Higher education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of good development practices
• Knowledge of testing techniques such as Unit testing, Security, Performance, functional and non-functional and automated tests
• Experience in software development
• Experience in teams that work with agile methodologies
• Experience in programming languages, Java and JavaScript/Typescript
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software platforms and infrastructures that facilitate processes, accelerate time to market, and optimize the operational costs of engineering teams
• Work in partnership with product teams to understand the needs and requirements of their solutions
• Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions
• Automate processes and tasks to improve productivity and quality
• Monitor and analyze the performance of software platforms and infrastructures
• Systemic vision of the ecosystem, helping to identify points that can be improved and risks
• Support the maintenance of the Platform and services offered in the team's portfolio
• Work on development (Fullstack) and maintenance projects for software platforms and infrastructures
• Actively participate in meetings and discussions to define software development and platform strategies
• Develop technical specifications for software solutions
• Implement software solutions according to technical specifications
• Test and debug software solutions
• Document software solutions
• Disseminate and guide users in the use of our products
• Follow market trends and recommend technological improvements
• Make presentations of the solutions in forums and events with other teams in the area

Preferred Qualifications

• Python, Go
• Knowledge of software frameworks and libraries, Spring Boot, NestJS and React
• Knowledge of databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Gitlab or similar
• Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of service mesh tools such as Istio, linkerd or similar
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana or similar
• Experience in cloud computing AWS, services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS and SNS
