Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Systems Engineer), preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry
- Strong understanding of modern application architectures, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering technical solutions and managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment
- Proficiency with technical tools and platforms, including but not limited to APIs, scripting, and security solutions like SAST, DAST, Service Management Platforms and SIEM/SOAR Solutions
- Experience with CRM and technical support platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Knowledge of the Application Security landscape and emerging industry trends
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert during the pre-sales process, providing product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions
- Guide customers through the technical onboarding process, ensuring successful deployment and integration of Ghost Security solutions
- Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance to maximize customer value
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical environments and offering solutions that align with their business objectives
- Conduct proof-of-value (POV) engagements to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our solutions
- Document technical requirements, use cases, and customer environments to support successful solution delivery
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and drive product enhancements
- Provide training sessions and technical workshops for customers and internal teams
- Represent Ghost Security at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
