Summary

Join Fundraise Up as a Senior Solutions Engineer and play a key role in onboarding and providing technical consulting to large enterprise clients. You will design and implement solutions, collaborate with various teams, and manage projects to drive revenue growth. This remote North American position requires strong technical skills, experience in SaaS implementation, and excellent communication abilities. The role offers a competitive salary ($110,000 - $130,000 base, OTE $140,000 - $160,000), stock options, and comprehensive benefits. You will work in a dynamic startup environment, contributing to the success of a leading fundraising platform used by major non-profit organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation and solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related field at SAAS companies
  • Strong technical skills with experience in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management
  • Salesforce, Hubspot, and other Integration experience
  • Experience with front-end website development (HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in onboarding activities, ensuring successful implementations and customer satisfaction for large complex enterprise clients
  • Design, architect, and implement effective solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of nonprofit organizations
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development
  • Work closely with other teams, such as Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Ability to manage high-stress situations and work under pressure to deliver results, juggling many active implementations simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Start-up experience
  • Salesforce development
  • Nonprofit or eCommerce experience
  • Experience working with International (preferably Eastern European) product and back-end teams is a plus
