Senior Solutions Architect in Canada

Summary

Grafana Labs is looking for a Solutions Architect (ProServ) to join their Customer Experience team. The SA will provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation, guide them to solutions, and ensure success with Grafana at the center. They will manage the life-cycle of customer onboarding and adoption, deliver packaged training, and monitor support requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques
• Direct experience with o11y
• Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise o11y implementations for large customers
• Self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal members
• Vision to help Grafana Labs take the company to the next level
• Experience with *nix and Windows Server Administration
• Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka preferred)
• Experience with Cloud Platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure
• Systems Architecture design
• Software Engineering experience and or ability to read code (GoLang/JS/TypeScript)

Responsibilities

• Effectively work with customers, including business executives, project managers, and IT development staff
• Understand business needs and distill the information into business and technical requirements
• Act as a functional lead, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions
• Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies

Benefits

• Base compensation range for this role in Canada is 165,000 CAD - 200,000 CAD
