Join Anaplan's EMEA team as a self-motivated Senior Solution Consultant – Consolidations, focusing on the German-speaking market. This role supports opportunities related to Anaplan's Fluence acquisition (Statutory & Management Consolidation) across the German-speaking region. You'll be part of a fast-growing cloud vendor, combining your love of numbers and sales. You'll help clients solve complex problems using Anaplan's platform and be rewarded with an outstanding commission structure. The team embraces diverse perspectives and values hard work and fun. Requirements

  • BS/ MS/ MA/ MBA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Good understanding and appreciation of Statutory consolidation requirements (IFRS/HGB/FER/GAAP) across different countries within the DACH Region
  • 10+ years of experience in Presales or implementation of statutory or management consolidation solutions on any of the key technologies, including but not limited to Hyperion, Cognos Controller, SAP BPC, Onestream, Tagetik, etc
  • Ideally hands-on experience within the Accounting department of a large multinational
  • Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- both internally and externally
  • German C1(CEFR)
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Engage with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and problems
  • Ascertain and explain Fluence’s outstanding ability to solve them
  • Develop Statutory & Management Consolidation and Disclosure Management solutions, demos, and messaging
  • Build Proof of Concept models that are tailored to solve prospects’ problems
  • Navigate sophisticated prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the Anaplan solution
  • Cross-train teammates on solution expertise
  • Create product awareness in the marketplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-dimensional modelling, business intelligence, EPM, or analytics
  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology
  • Growth mentality
  • You’re comfortable challenging old ways of doing things
  • Ability to take a consultative selling approach by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution
