Summary

Join Clari's Customer Solutions team as a Solution Consultant and play a critical role in the end-to-end onboarding and optimization of the Clari platform for global customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, from discovery to go-live and post-launch enablement. Lead the technical onboarding process, aligning Clari's capabilities with customer business goals, and support backend configurations and data operations. Manage technical escalations, run data migrations, and drive continuous improvement through automation and tooling. This fully remote role, based in India, requires strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and a customer-first approach. The position involves working a 4 PM to 1 AM IST shift to align with US customer engagement and internal collaboration.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in configuring and implementing SaaS platforms, application configuration, technical implementation, or development, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com basics, including Salesforce objects and functional workflows
  • Hands-on experience with JSON, MongoDB, and structured data transformations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Security, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues, project risks, and escalations
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new customers - implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live support
  • Configure the Clari platform using available tools and customization options to align with customer use cases post go-live
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure customers are set up for long-term success
  • Manage and resolve project-related issues, scope changes, and escalations, ensuring smooth implementations
  • Run and manage technical migrations and backend configurations; familiarity with scripting (e.g., Ruby) is a bonus
  • Troubleshoot escalations and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Contribute to building internal tools and automation to improve service delivery
  • Document and refine best practices to scale onboarding and configuration processes
  • Work in the 4 PM to 1 AM IST shift to align with US customer engagement and internal collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Ruby scripting for ETL processes such as data extraction, migrations, and backend automation is a plus, but not mandatory
