Join Apollo.io as a Senior Full-Funnel Solution Consultant and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. This senior-level individual contributor role involves owning complex deals, accelerating time-to-value, and influencing technical strategy in pre- and post-sale settings. You will collaborate with various teams to architect end-to-end solutions, from discovery to onboarding and expansion. Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, customizing demo flows, architecting post-sale solutions, and partnering with customer success to reduce implementation friction. You will also contribute to team scaling by building reusable assets, documenting best practices, and mentoring colleagues. Requirements
- 6β8+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical success
- Deep experience leading technical validation and implementation for strategic SaaS deals
- Fluency in REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and marketing or sales automation tools
- Skilled communicator with strong executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to work across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution validation in high-value sales opportunities
- Customize demo flows and trial setups for strategic accounts
- Architect post-sale solutions, integrations, and enablement plans
- Partner with CS to reduce implementation friction and accelerate expansion
- Design scalable integration and onboarding frameworks
- Create technical diagrams and API documentation
- Influence GTM tooling strategy and solution designs across teams
- Build playbooks, demo templates, and solution architectures
- Coach junior SCs on full-funnel strategies and technical fluency
- Document technical learnings and support internal enablement efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling, implementing, or using GTM AI solutions
- Past experience at a fast-growing PLG or dual-motion SaaS company
- Background in integration-heavy customer lifecycles
- Proven success mentoring or training SC peers
