Summary
Join Voiceflow as a Senior Solutions Consultant for an 11-month contract (with potential extension) to provide expert customer engagement, technical consulting, and solution design for Voiceflow clients. This role requires deep expertise in conversational AI, bot-building, and technical integrations. You will guide clients in maximizing Voiceflow's capabilities for designing, building, and maintaining LLM AI-powered conversational experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in a customer-facing technical role. This is a full-time, contract position.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, integrations, and bot-building platforms
- Proven ability to lead compelling product demonstrations and provide technical consulting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative product demos, tailored to customer needs
- Provide strategic guidance on bot-building best practices, conversational AI design, and Voiceflowβs capabilities
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, advising on integrations, automation, and implementation best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they optimize their use of Voiceflow and drive business outcomes
- Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts, helping customers understand how to scale and maintain their conversational experiences
- Work closely with Customer Success and AEs to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
- Collaborate with other members of the team to refine demo strategies and create scalable resources
- Collaborate with Sales to help scope technical feasibility and ensure alignment between customer needs and Voiceflowβs capabilities
