Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Solutions Engineer
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience in implementing technical enterprise software solutions to large customer operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Ability to travel 50%+
- Excellent project management skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineer, Product, Sales and Support to provide excellent customer experience
- Work with Sales executives with value-based solution selling into prospect account base
- Understand all aspects of our product and business
- Lead software demonstrations for potential customers
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to evangelize
- Address technical product questions from prospects clients
- Lead and manage prospect pilots
- Gather current and potential customer specifications to ensure proper system configurations for their requirements are defined in solution proposals
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Lead technical implementation efforts for customer deployments
