Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Solutions Engineer
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Experience in implementing technical enterprise software solutions to large customer operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Ability to travel 50%+
  • Excellent project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineer, Product, Sales and Support to provide excellent customer experience
  • Work with Sales executives with value-based solution selling into prospect account base
  • Understand all aspects of our product and business
  • Lead software demonstrations for potential customers
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to evangelize
  • Address technical product questions from prospects clients
  • Lead and manage prospect pilots
  • Gather current and potential customer specifications to ensure proper system configurations for their requirements are defined in solution proposals
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence
  • Lead technical implementation efforts for customer deployments
