Senior Solutions Engineer, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a Solutions Engineer in Rootly's Sales Solutions Engineering team. The role involves helping customers succeed with Rootly's incident management platform. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer, strong knowledge of APIs and Terraform, understanding of sales processes in a high transaction sales environment, ability to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to a rapidly changing environment, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the capability to interact with other engineers at all levels of an organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer
• Strong knowledge of APIs and Terraform
• Understanding of sales processes in a high transaction sales environment
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability to interact, communicate and build relationships with other engineers, at all levels of an organization
