Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5-years in a technical pre-sales role within the cybersecurity industry. Proven track record of successful customer engagements and technical solution design

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under pressure. Lead technical validation processes, including workshops with architects, security engineers, and CISOs
• Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions. Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing technical proposals
• Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver training sessions, best practices guidelines, and documentation to scale the team's capabilities rapidly
• Competitive Differentiation: Develop and communicate clear competitive differentiators for our products and solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and prospects as a trusted technical advisor. Support roadmap presentations to highlight future product developments and how they align with customer needs
• Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and product development teams to provide feedback on product features, user experience, and market needs to inform product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degrees or cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus
