Senior Sourcer

Summary

Join Airbnb's Product Recruiting team as a Senior Sourcer and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization by identifying and attracting top talent. You will partner with the recruiting team to build a pipeline of candidates, develop and execute sourcing strategies, engage and qualify candidates, and create innovative recruiting campaigns. This role requires 5+ years of technical sourcing experience, proven success in identifying and hiring exceptional candidates, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The position is US-Remote Eligible with occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Sourcing experience engaging and activating passive candidate pipelines
• Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

Responsibilities

• Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
• Work closely with hiring teams and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
• Engage and qualify product candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process
• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals
• Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
• Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape
• Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
• Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus!
