As a fast-growing financial services company, we need an exceptional sourcer to scale our marketing and financial planning teams. You will collaborate with the People team, shaping our recruiting strategy and candidate experience. This pivotal role involves sourcing and hiring top talent, focusing on Certified Financial Planners and Marketing professionals who align with Facet's values. Requirements

  • 8+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Available to work a 2-3 month contract with possible extension
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across multiple teams and functions
  • Experience with recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other ATS systems
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that will attract top-tier talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Manage sourcing, screening, & qualifying candidates
  • Partner with Senior Recruiter/hiring managers to find and attract talent in the Certified Financial Planner & Marketing background that reflect Facet’s values
  • Drive the recruitment process from sourcing top quality candidates and screen them for our open priority positions ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process
  • Use data to report on recruitment metrics to identify trends and provide insights to continually improve sourcing and recruitment strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with diverse and underrepresented population is strongly preferred
