Requirements
- Bachelors required, Masters preferred
- Min 5+ years business development experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills β must be able to work with various levels of management
- Team player willing to share and exchange ideas
- Action oriented β work autonomously with little direction
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with health organizations in potential and current markets
- Develop and manage a national account strategy
- Use direct mail, telephone, email and face-to-face meetings to determine clinical site capacity for Chamberlain University students and potential for partnership
- Initiate clinical affiliation agreements and other types of written support for applications for approval of program and new campuses
- Researches, contacts, negotiates, and contracts with potential clinical agencies for student experiences
- Identifies potential strategic opportunities based on market intelligence
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on clinical relationship initiatives
- Identify best practices, create client facing information, and establish on-going working relationships
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare sales experience preferred
- Nursing preferred
- 1 β 2 years salesforce.com experience preferred
