Requirements

  • 5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or demand generation within B2B enterprise software/SaaS, with a strong record of driving pipeline and revenue
  • Proficiency with MarTech tools, including Salesforce (CRM), Marketo (marketing automation), 6sense (ABM platforms), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Outreach (sales engagement)
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of marketing strategies for Benelux & Nordics, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and customer preferences
  • Ability to work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Highly proactive, unafraid to take action, and able to work independently to deliver results in a remote-first environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Coupaโ€™s marketing strategy for Denmark, Netherlands and Sweden, taking the initiative to identify opportunities and drive results while ensuring alignment with EMEA-wide goals
  • Implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs to engage key accounts and drive pipeline, with messaging tailored to customer personas and buying stages
  • Plan and execute high-impact events, including tradeshows, hosted events, and intimate networking opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with sales leadership and teams, proactively providing support and insights to align strategies with revenue objectives
  • Partner with EMEA and global teams, including customer marketing and product marketing, to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns
  • Use analytics and data to own campaign performance measurement and optimize ROI, consistently refining programs to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Channel marketing experience
  • Dutch, Danish or Swedish
