Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience, ideally with experience in an FP&A role in a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce company
• 3+ years of experience at a manager level
• Strong background in retail and associated metrics and concepts
• Strong project management and collaboration skills with experience partnering at the senior, director and executive management levels

Responsibilities

• Partner with Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain to own the revenue and margin opportunities with everything touching physical products
• Influence the company’s strategy and help grow the business through advanced financial modeling and business analytics
• Lead the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics, support business decision making including investment cases, and annual planning and forecasting cycles
