Summary
Join Later as a Senior Client Strategist and contribute to the development and delivery of impactful influencer and social media marketing strategies for our clients. You will collaborate with senior leadership to create tailored strategies, produce compelling client materials, partner with sales and strategy teams on pitches, leverage benchmark data for recommendations, and support the creation of internal best practices. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure strategy alignment and client success. You will also stay updated on social platform updates and emerging influencer marketing tactics. The ideal candidate possesses 3β5 years of experience in influencer marketing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in presentation and collaboration tools. Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or digital marketing (agency or in-house experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of major influencer and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and enthusiasm for creator-led brand campaigns
- Experience supporting client strategy development and participating in client-facing meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to distill ideas into clear and engaging materials
- Proficiency in presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint) and collaboration software (Slack, GSuite, Zoom)
- Experience using influencer marketing or social media management platforms (e.g., Later)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior strategy leads to develop tailored influencer and social media marketing strategies for brands using Laterβs platform
- Create and deliver compelling materials (e.g., decks, one-pagers, campaign mockups) for client use across new business proposals, strategic business reviews, and campaign kickoffs
- Partner with sales and strategy teams to support pitches for prospective customers, including creator recommendations, audience insights, and benchmark projections
- Leverage and maintain internal benchmark data (CPE, CPM, ER, etc.) to support strategic recommendations and reporting
- Support the creation and dissemination of internal playbooks, frameworks, and industry best practices across verticals, objectives, and social platforms
- Work with services and customer success teams to ensure strategy aligns with campaign execution and client outcomes
- Stay current on social platform updates, creator trends, and emerging influencer marketing tactics that can be integrated into client recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with paid social media is a plus

- $100,000 - 110,000 OTE
