Senior Strategy Manager

Summary

Join Experian as a Senior Strategy Manager and contribute to developing strategic plans for organizational growth. This crucial role involves advising senior leadership, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and monitoring and participating in M&A activities. Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic planning and business development experience
• Experience in management consulting or investment banking
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Finance, Economics, or Management
• Experience developing strategic programs, and managing projects
• Experience using data to inform decisions, including market, competitor, and performance analyses

Responsibilities

• Develop NA strategic plans by working across teams within NA and help socialize strategic plans with senior leadership team
• Develop executive communications for NA and Global CEO
• Analyze competitive information to gain insights; Conduct company scans for companies/competitors of interest; Identify attractive targets within desired markets, communicate with companies. Assess size/attractiveness of new market opportunities (e.g. conduct market research, market sizing)
• Partner with multiple teams and be a strategic advisor to senior leaders
• Mentor junior team members, promoting continuous improvement and providing guidance on strategic execution best practices

Preferred Qualifications

An MBA or other relevant Master's degree
