Requirements

  • Extensive track record (7+ years) developing and managing creative campaigns focused on advertising, including direct response strategies leveraging UGC, video, and static formats
  • Passion for building innovative concepts, creatives, and campaigns with an elevated aesthetic and performance-driven outcomes
  • Robust attention to detail with a deep understanding of storytelling, consumer psychology, and advertising principles
  • Curiosity and engagement with evolving technologies, trends, and platforms to enhance creative strategies
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills for cross-functional collaboration across creative, operations, and marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and measurable growth
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience leading and developing creative teams, managing multiple projects, and excelling under pressure
  • Business-oriented with interpersonal skills to influence and inspire stakeholders while driving strategic outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the creative vision for integrated brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop impactful concepts and strategies for direct response ads (UGC, video, and static formats) to drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Build and mentor a high-performing creative team, including Creative Strategists and Art Directors
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to brand aesthetics and messaging
  • Oversee the planning and execution of 360Β° marketing campaigns, collaborating with production, design, and engineering teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets that resonate with target audiences and achieve business goals
  • Leverage data insights to continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative assets across channels
  • Develop and maintain a structured A/B testing roadmap to improve performance and push the brand forward
  • Work closely with the Sr Creative Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of creative projects
  • Lead communication between creative, operations, and marketing teams, bridging strategy and execution for efficient project delivery
