Provide training and support to end-users. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor’s in Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or rel field
• 5 yrs rel customer success or account management exp
• 5 yrs exp in Gainsight platform
• 3 yrs exp in Salesforce platform
• 1 yr exp in Domo platform
• Administration Certifications: Domo and Gainsight
• Skills will be measured through passage of technical screen or interview

Responsibilities

• Optimize business practices through effective utilization of Domo, Salesforce & Gainsight platforms
• Design, implement & optimize integrations between Domo, Salesforce & Gainsight to streamline data flow & enhance overall system efficiency
• Extract, transform, & analyze data from various sources
• Create visually appealing visuals, dashboards, & reports
• Collaborate w/ stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs & deliver insights
• Optimize customer engagement strategies, improve retention rates & drive revenue expansion w/i organization
• Use Domo-related initiatives to leverage the platform’s visualization & analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights & analytics to drive data-informed decisions
• Develop & maintain Domo dashboards, ensuring that key stakeholders have access to relevant & up-to-date info
• Manage & customize Salesforce configurations to align w/ business processes
• Work w/ Sales, Marketing & customer success teams to enhance lead generation, opportunity mgmt & overall sales efficiency thru Gainsight CTA’s, Domo workflows, other analytics & automation
• Lead ongoing enhancement of Gainsight to maximize customer success initiatives & drive business growth
• Utilize Gainsight features to monitor customer health, ID risks & implement strategies to drive customer retention & satisfaction
• Provide training to end-users on Domo & Gainsight functionalities
• Offer ongoing support & troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operation
• Serve as project team lead as needed & assist w/ resolution of complex problems & issues
