Join Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) as a Senior Integration Engineer and contribute to our mission of improving healthcare through innovative technology. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5 years experience working in system integrations with at least 3 years working specifically with Boomi
- Independent contributor with an excellent work ethic who would hold themselves accountable to effectively collaborate with other team members in delivering quality solutions
- Deep understanding of data models and integration technologies like SOAP, REST, (S)FTP, HTTP(S), JSON, and XML
- Exceptional integration architecture, design, and documentation skills
- The ability to express oneself effectively within a group and one-to-one conversations
- The ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions between Cloud and On-Premises applications using Boomi. This includes building new functionality, enhancing existing services, and triaging and defect resolution of production issues
- Engineer complex Integrations with SaaS & On-Premise applications via Boomi
- Development in JavaScript, and Groovy
- Perform maintenance activities for our integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues on demand
- Provide production support, monitoring, and maintenance
- Be an active member of a cross-functional Agile development team, collaboratively realizing features through the software development lifecycle
- Participate in requirements, design, and development reviews
- Analyze source system data to assess data quality. Work with technical and business representatives to determine strategies for handling identified data anomalies
- Document technical requirements by working with the Business Analysts and/or business users
- Assist in developing prototypes or proof of concept builds
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS preferred
- Extensive experience in API management, Alert framework, Exception handling, Connectors, and Listeners
- Working experience on Boomi Connectors including Disk, FTP, Mail, Database, Salesforce, AtomQueue, NetSuite, Workday, Amazon S3 REST, Web Services Listener, and HTTP Client
- Experience in building and supporting exception handling framework in Boomi
- Salesforce, Netsuite, or other CRM knowledge would be a huge advantage
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, etc. is preferred
